  • All orders are processed within 5–12 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Custom or made-to-order items (such as embroidered apparel or personalized tumblers) may require additional processing time. This will be noted on the product page.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

🌎 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. only): 5–12 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S. only): 3-5 business days after processing.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside of our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

📦 Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the most efficient option for your location.

âť— Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

🌍 International Shipping

  • At this time, we do offer international shipping.

  • If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

đź’Ś Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as “delivered.”

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
