• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

• Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure all details (size, color, personalization, etc.) are correct.

✅ Exceptions

We will happily replace or refund your order if:

• The item arrives damaged during shipping.

• You receive the wrong item due to our error.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
